Through my own personal growth and deep love for myself
Here is how I moved from tainted love to real love.
You see, I too have been brought up in an environment where I was praised only when I achieved something.
Everytime that happened I had to pick up my game and aim for something bigger and stronger.
Half of the time my parents weren't even home to notice, They were too busy making a living so they can, in their experience, provide the best for me. That led me to a constant need to prove my worth on a daily basis. Relationships, jobs, skills I kept seeking for an outside approval, for someone to signal that they noticed and that I am loved and appreciated. By the time someone did, I either questioned it or denied it. Either way I never truly believed it. I became dependant on people's approval of me. I didn't trust my own evaluation of me. I never knew how to get it.
Self sabotage has become my second nature. I fell from one bad relationship to another. Hurting my self, allowing others to hurt me, made one wrong turn after another, blamed my dad for most of it most of the time. I had to blame someone!
Until I found forgiveness.
Forgiveness for myself.
Little by little I shed all those layers of hurt, shame, guilt and found my true pure essence.
It was terrifying at first. It hurt a hell of a lot. I tripped over many times and repeated my non loving patterns until I just couldn't do it anymore. I then chose life.
I chose freedom. I chose joy and happiness.
I chose to put myself first and who ever was going to take that away from me had to go.
The decision to do it took seconds.
To act and maintain on that decision took support and the deep understanding that this is an ongoing journey.
I figured if I could do it once I can do it over and over again and become really good at it.

My passion and interest in personal development started a while ago, as far as high school. I was everyone's counsellor and I enjoyed every minute of it.
Later in life I became a beauty therapist who functions as an "unqualified counsellor ".
People feel safe and relaxed and so they can benefit from a great space to share, open up and unpack.
I wanted to be able to offer more than that. I wanted to offer information for possibilities, ways forward, ways to grow and evolve. Now, with a wealth of experience and tools of the trade I coach and counsel using Octate process, hypnosis, NLP and positive psychology. My clients enjoy new perspective and endless possibilities in ways they never got to see before.
As my journey continues, I found that the key to living life fully is to accept all parts of oneself without judgement, guilt or criticism, leading to reconnection with one's true self so you can dissolve problems easily in order to live a fulfilling life.
Self care doesn't begin and end with a facial or a skin care routine, but enjoying it while doing it makes the task a lot more rewarding and fun.
My greatest passion is to help people shine and bring their inner beauty to the surface and to the world, using beauty treatments, NLP, positive psychology, applied kinesiology, life coaching at full integration of the mind and the body.
